Carolyn & Terry Eskew

Long before beginning their careers in real estate, Carolyn and Terry were familiar faces in the Grove and Grand Lake community as local business owners. Together, they owned and operated The Parrot Steakhouse & Grill, a longtime Grove dining destination, and later Honey Creek BBQ. Their years in the restaurant business weren't simply about serving great food—they were about welcoming people, building relationships and becoming part of the community they call home.

Today, Carolyn and Terry bring that same personal approach to real estate as The Eskew Team with USA Property Realty Group LLC.

Their background as local business owners gives them a perspective that goes beyond property listings. They understand the people, businesses, neighborhoods and lifestyle that make the Grand Lake area special. They also understand what it means to own property, make investments and build a life in Northeast Oklahoma.

Whether you're searching for your first home, a place near Grand Lake, land, an investment property or you're ready to sell, Carolyn and Terry believe real estate should begin with listening. Their goal is to understand what matters to you, help you navigate your options and provide the kind of straightforward, personal service they built their reputation on as local business owners.

After years of welcoming people through their restaurant doors, they're excited to help clients open the door to their next home.
